Organizational Effectiveness

Organizational Effectiveness is how we, as individual departments or as Student Life as a whole, are able to continuously improve. The process can be viewed through a functional lens where we evaluate our services (demonstrated in the Organizational Effectiveness Model) or through a personal lens where we evaluate our effect on students (demonstrated in the Learner Model).

Both of these approaches to assessing our everyday work helps us make better, more intentional choices to better the lives of students.
